Sourdough Workshop (Six week course)
Six workshop sessions over six weeks
Each 2 hour evening session is a mix of theory and practical so that the students understand the principles underpinning each key process in producing good sourdough breads consistently.
There will also be the opportunity to review and discuss previous weeks' sessions so that each student can build an iterative practical knowledge to equip them for a lifetime of good baking.

- Finishes and troubleshooting
