Slip casting is a ceramic forming technique in which liquid clay slip is poured into a prepared plaster mould to create precise forms. In this workshop, you will learn the basic techniques for using studio plaster moulds to produce tableware and simple geometric shapes, which can then be decorated. Slip casting materials will be available for use during open access sessions with prior booking, and kiln firing is included in the price.
Finished pieces will be ready for collection within four weeks.
